No smile at all from the people who serve me here I said good morning to the gentleman serving and there was no response. No smile from any of the people who served me. They gave me a hard time when I I said good morning to the gentleman serving and there was no response. No smile from any of the people who served me. They gave me a hard time when I ask to be shuttle bus a block more than their boundary allowance. Even the driver who picked up gave me a hard time on my entire drive. Funny thing is I expected better service from a dealership I bought my car from, I guess not. This is not the first time I have been here, but not everyone is here is bad, but the few that are just gives the place a bad name. They didn't remove the garbage that they produce in my car and put back my baby things they took off the back of my car. More

Manager of Service is a class act I was not completely satisfied with the car detailing paid for. The manager looked into my concerns and invited me back for them to rectify it. Saved up for Car "Ultimate" Detailing only to be disappointe My intake was good with Alex and my rides were good from Amir. My issue is the actual work itself: missed vacuuming one part by the driver's seat, sloppy white drops left in every running board area of each door, sloppy paint job "three-step paint restoration process" is what is written in the description. Lastly, the inside of the windows were not properly cleaned, i.e. had slight white film and residue that comes off with finger. More

They advised me of things I should consider doing to my vehicle yet I never felt forced to make decisions, which gave me the trust to believe they have my best interest at heart. The 2nd floor cafeteria is more than an added bonus. I could bring my 4 year old with me and he actually loved his grilled cheese sandwich while I enjoyed my cheese omelet. I look forward to each time I have to take my vehicle for service at Toyota on the Park! More
