Thank you for your feedback. We never intend anyone to wait longer than expected and we apologize if you were in longer than your appointment needed to be. We usually quote an hour for the oil change and an hour for any other work that was done. Please contact our Customer Relations Manager at (802) 582-8183 so we can try to resolve the other issues you are mentioning.
