I showed up for an appointment only to be told I didn't have one (Al never put it in the system). They didn't call me back for 2 weeks, then when I spoke to Al on the phone he gave me attitude and a ton o have one (Al never put it in the system). They didn't call me back for 2 weeks, then when I spoke to Al on the phone he gave me attitude and a ton of excuses. Dropped my car off and they thought they were doing me a huge favor giving me a rental only to have my car ready for pickup later that afternoon. They replaced my broken remote start (broke for the second time) however this whole process included me driving 4 hours total, hiring two babysitters, money, time, etc. They didn't care at all and did the bare minimum work. I would never recommend them to anyone. More

He lie to me to make a sale. When it was time to use the tire service the service didn’t do what he said it was supposed to do. And when it was time for a refund he gave me the run around for months until h tire service the service didn’t do what he said it was supposed to do.
