We settled on a very fair price and I'm glad I was able to buy from the dealership closest to my home. TJ was reasonable in final price negotiations and we settled at a price that made me feel like I was getting a good value. Debbie Good, the daughter, also purchased a auto at Henry Brown, So business runs in the family. All I can say to Butch is, keep up the good work, as I know you will. Also I would like to thank Adrienne Cross as she was great and likable and very good at her job. Great Experience I had been looking for a vehicle 4 months and had gone to several dealerships. When I went to Henry Brown really was not looking to buy. Butch greeted I had been looking for a vehicle 4 months and had gone to several dealerships. When I went to Henry Brown really was not looking to buy. Butch greeted me told him I was just looking. I had my mind set on a Toyota Highlander my daughter wanted me to check out the Buick. Butch had just taken in a trade for a 2014 GMA Acadia. I really liked it but was not prepared to buy it that day. I had not had or bought a newer vehicle for quite awhile and wanted my kids to look at it to reconfirm my decision. Butch and his managers were very understanding. I love my Acadia and am very appreciative for Butch. This was a big decision for me and I trusted him and he is there if I have any concerns or questions. Adrianne Cross was very easy to work with and made the transaction so stressless. More
