Had appointment for 10 am today for a recall, they stated would take 4 hrs to do. After 4.5 hours later i asked for a status update as I was waiting the whole time in the lobby. Was informed my truck had not would take 4 hrs to do. After 4.5 hours later i asked for a status update as I was waiting the whole time in the lobby. Was informed my truck had not even been started on yet and was still outside! Advisor stated they were way behind because of the holidays? If this was the case why would you continue to book in customers just to make them mad, TELL THE TRUTH to customers. I have worked at the dealership level in management for 30 out of my 48 years (13 at a Ford dealership) and have to say this was a very negative experience, and I shall not have nice things to say about this dealership. More

I am not a regular customer at Zender. My vehicle had an electrical issue late at night and had it towed to Zender. Fords lot. The service rep. was excellent. I am hearing impaired.
