Service advisor Adam MacNeil was very kind and professional when I discussed issues with my truck. Later in his shift he text me to see if he could keep the truck because they were backed up. No complaints. Service was good. It’s nice to drop your vehicle off and get a ride home and back when done. I wasn’t happy when I tried calling service to see how Service was good. It was corrected so I grateful it was resolved. Sometimes things crop up and it takes a minute but it happens to everyone. All in all everyone there knows what customer service means and demonstrates it. More
