On September 15th, 2022 I visited Courtesy Ford Lincoln. I was in the need of a new vehicle as my lease expired on my previous one. Aaron Paul (Sales) was extremely accommodating and helpful in providing me with options that aligned with my budget. I finally settled on the 2022 Ford Bronco. He took the time to review the features in addition to pricing leasing and financing options. Not only is he experienced, but very knowledgeable regarding the dealership's inventory. What I liked the most was, that I never felt pressured into buying anything. You get the sense that not only does he truly love his job, but he cares about the customer as well. In addition, the staff at Courtesy Ford Lincoln was extremely helpful. Fidel Rayes (Finance) was very patient and took the time to review coverage for my new model as it pertained to pricing and options that suited my needs. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. I never got the feeling that I was trying to be taken advantage of and Mr. Rayes illustrated true professionalism throughout our encounter. The staff was amazing as well, checking on me to make sure someone was helping me and offering me bottled water which is available via their fridge to customers. The place was extremely clean and the staff appeared to be very happy working there. Overall this was an amazing experience and would HIGHLY recommend anyone in the area to give them an opportunity for your business. More
