Typical used car dealer, they will make a lot of promises while you are looking at the car but unlikely to follow through with them. Our salesperson was nice enough, but over promised the condition the vehic while you are looking at the car but unlikely to follow through with them. Our salesperson was nice enough, but over promised the condition the vehicle would be in once they had fixed some of the physical issues we had noticed during the test drive. Luckily we recorded all of our conversations with the sales person and manager, so if we do have to follow up with OMVIC, we have proof. Would recommend recording conversations as they were opposed to putting things in writing despite being asked. More
