2017 Murano SL - W.V
We are very pleased with our purchasing experiance at Knight Nissan.
The staff went above and beyond in making the purchase seamless. Thank you for having the SUV in a warm shop for us to look at when we arrived as it was cold outside.
It was a pleasure to work with Selena, Jon and Keagan.
Customer Service IS MOST IMPORTANT - Lisa
I changed from a North American brand that I had been loyal to for years but my loyalty didn't matter to "their" customer service department so I researched my vehicles and switched to Nissan and have NO REGRETS I bought my 2015 Murano new and follow the recommended maintenance schedule. I was first "given" to Corey as my service department rep when I had bought my vehicle and anytime I need anything I ask for him by name and he ALWAYS helps me and has come to know me. He works around my schedule for my convenience and ensures whatever needs to be done is done by the time promised (I work full time and have to pick my child up by a set time so working around my schedule is important to me - I am somewhat flexible but it's nice that they can "deliver" so I don't have to stress about missed work or kid pickup) He is professional and friendly ... complimentary car washes and the shuttle service are a definite perk but it's the customer service that will keep me loyal and makes the drop off and pick ups enjoyable.
Although I have only ever had Corey as my service rep the other men and women are always friendly and ask if they can assist me as soon as I come in.
Excellent Experience! - Lennie D
Chris and Lucas made the buying experience super easy. I've never had such an experience where these two were able to completely take the hassle out of buying a vehicle. There was no wasted time. No necessary trips, and in fact, most of my dealings were done fairly over the phone with no games or sales tactics. I would recommend this dealership to anybody wanting a positive, vehicle buying experience. It's hard to explain how good the relaxed, no pressure environment really is.
Loyal Customer - Audrey
After owning a variety of domestic and foreign models, I purchased a Nissan in 1994. I had that vehicle for 13 years plus I purchased many other Nissans as second cars for our family. I have always been treated well by sales staff and management. I recently purchased a new Honda from Meidl and I had nothing but problems with the service department. I quickly learned my lesson and I returned to Oakwood. My experience so far has been amazing. The sales manager has contacted me as has the general manager.
Great sales experience - Murano16
Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase, just a desire to get me the information I needed to make an informed decision.
Tried to Buy a 2016 Murano, but... - Roughrider
After much research on the 2016 Murano, I was ready to deal. The salesperson I dealt with was Mark Westberg. We went on a test drive and the Murano is a very nice SUV. Mark did a good job explaining many of the features of the Murano, however he is not the friendliest salesperson you will ever meet. He comes across as "old school" and gruff. He and the owner took my trade-in for a drive and then the owner and the dealership dog...an actual dog...sat down with me for a quick chit chat to try to make me feel like family so I'm more likely to buy from them. Finally, I went into negotiations with Mark. However, there were no negotiations. He offered me MSRP and that's it! Who buys a new vehicle at MSRP?!! He also assessed my trade-in at a very low value. When I tried to dicker with him, he would not budge. He became rude and basically told me "he and his 30 years of car sales experience knew more than I ever would". Needless to say, I got out of there pretty quick! Don't waste your time or money at this dealership! And beware...Mark made it very clear that they do not charge "dealer or document fees", but then proceeds to add on $299 for undercoating. What a scam!
