Bad service you can anywhere get. Dropped car for oil change at 10 am. Shuttle supposed to pick but got call that shuttle will be one hour late than pickup time. Arranged ride to pick car at 4:30pm didn’t get car till 5:30 pm. And service advisor 3253 Allie Dubiois given rude attitude and said it is there best service. She called me at 4pm saying car is ready for pickup.
Poor Service (no integrity) - TN
This is the second time we have brought our van in to have service and the second time that service is done to the vehicle that is unnecessary. The service to have the brakes checked was not even required. If the service is unnecessary, then why do the service? I understand that it is a business and their existence is to complete repair to vehicles. But, I am certain there is enough work to go around without having to create repairs. I am very disappointed with the integrity of their service and will be forced to take my business elsewhere moving forward. If they had called me and explained that the brake censor indicator light came on, but it was not necessary to complete any work to it, that would have made me very happy. Instead, I learn that they did the service and it wasn't necessary to do so. Considering the lack of integrity regarding this, I would have to assume there are challenges with integrity to the actual work as well.....
New vehicle purchase from Carlton Honda - DJ
We recently purchased a new vehicle from Carlton Honda in Prince Albert. The salesman Jeremy McKay was great to deal with. Very respectful, polite, and professional. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. The trade in value of my old car was also very fair. I felt the deal was great until I dealt with the finance manager, Rick Scott. There was more twists and turns and hidden costs in the contract than I could have even imagined. There was also inflated interest rates. He tried to rush me through the contract so I would sign it. I had to slow the process down and question him on every additional cost and fee.. Eventually he removed the fees and brought the interest rate down to what I had been told it was earlier. At the end of the meeting he threw the salesman under the bus by telling me it was the worst deal he has seen in his 20 years of doing this. I left there with a bad taste in my mouth for the dealership and wondering if I will be taken advantage of every time I have to return for service work. I hope this is not the case.
Anyways, great sales staff but be careful with the finance manager.
