I recently purchased a used 2009 Subaru WRX Premium from this dealership for a good price ($21,000). I payed for the service fee on the car and picked it up on the scheduled day as usual. I was told everything was good to go and drove off the lot. The car itself was great until I took it home and tried to switch out the summer tires for new winter tires.
The dealership forgot (or MISPLACED) my tire wheel lock key. So I can't take off the tires myself without damaging the Rims in some way. Calling them back was a hassle, everyone apparently is unable to help me, saying that they're not responsible for my problem...
Another issue is from my two 12 Volt power outlets inside the vehicle are not working. I suppose that's something they chose to not tell me during the sale of the vehicle.
At least I can fix my issues by paying for and replacing everything myself, which is what I have to do since the Suzuki dealership is not willing to help me in any way, because it's "not their problem" and their Salesmen are not "mechanics."

One of the worst experience of my life. I will never buy a Suzuki Car and will never service especially from Suzuki Brampton. Management Staff has no values for Customers and their hard earned money. Rather providing solutions they run away from the problems. Rather than finding problems in my car they asked me to buy parts and after buying parts buy more parts as the problem they thought is not the right one. When I said I am not going to buy any more parts, they said well go and get your car fixed some one else. Very unprofessional and rude staff.
I will never recommend the services for this place to any one.
