Had my 2014 Crosstrek in for suspension service at Marostica Subaru prior to a long journey planned for this month for specialist healthcare reasons. I have never experienced such satisfaction. The mechanical team took such diligent care! The supporting staff was kind, attentive and welcoming. Even the owner took the time to see i was well cared for and doing well. Remarkable. The result was my humble little Subie came out with a treatment suitable for a creation of Ferruccio Lamborghini. The car drove like brand new, as well, i am rejuvenated. I shall never forget the kindness and attention i as afforded this day, and suggest it is not a great car but great after purchase care that makes for lasting satisfaction, and continued loyalty. Bravo Marostica Subaru! Bravo!

Avoid this dealership at all cost. They are selling damaged vehicles said they'd do the repairs before picking up our newer car. Month later not ready, after many excuses and weeks we picked it up with the same damage they said was fixed? Save your sanity don't go here! Many time wasting conversations with no results. Poorly managed business. Stay away there's more options than these jokers.

Parts/Service Thief's/Crooks - Frustated Suzuki Owner

One of the worst experience of my life. I will never buy a Suzuki Car and will never service especially from Suzuki Brampton. Management Staff has no values for Customers and their hard earned money. Rather providing solutions they run away from the problems. Rather than finding problems in my car they asked me to buy parts and after buying parts buy more parts as the problem they thought is not the right one. When I said I am not going to buy any more parts, they said well go and get your car fixed some one else. Very unprofessional and rude staff. I will never recommend the services for this place to any one.

They are very honest and have always provided exceptional sales and service. Have also referred them to other family members and friends. I like their straight forward approach to doing business. When repairs are required- all options are explained and there are no surprises. Master technician James is very knowledgable and has always exceeded my expectations. You don't stay a 15 year customer of a business unless you are highly satisfied! They even take the time to wash your car after every service. KW Suzuki Saab is an exceptional sales and service provider.

I use to service my car with the previous owners and finally gave up; I heard that their was new owners and decided to try them again; What a turn around; FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, MORE THAN HELPFUL and they know what they are doing!! I recently purchased a used 2009 Subaru WRX Premium from this dealership for a good price ($21,000). I payed for the service fee on the car and picked it up on the scheduled day as usual. I was told everything was good to go and drove off the lot. The car itself was great until I took it home and tried to switch out the summer tires for new winter tires. The dealership forgot (or MISPLACED) my tire wheel lock key. So I can't take off the tires myself without damaging the Rims in some way. Calling them back was a hassle, everyone apparently is unable to help me, saying that they're not responsible for my problem... Another issue is from my two 12 Volt power outlets inside the vehicle are not working. I suppose that's something they chose to not tell me during the sale of the vehicle. At least I can fix my issues by paying for and replacing everything myself, which is what I have to do since the Suzuki dealership is not willing to help me in any way, because it's "not their problem" and their Salesmen are not "mechanics."
