Hi I was there for a recall and I was offered for a bondel package that I said ok to it over the phone, but when I went there it was a completely different story. I supposed to have my appointment with Kevin because I never received a respectful treatment from Jeff. Each time that I go there I get more and more disappointed. Me and my husband have been their loyal customer for past 15 years. We have bought our cars from them. Jeff at service department is always treating you like you owe him something, or he knows everything and you don't know anything. Sometimes he treats you in a way that means you are definitely a lier. In general it's a hassle dealing with him. On the top of that his diagnosis are mostly not right and he is resistant about them. If I don't get a sincere apology from him explaining his behaviour I would never ever go back to that dealership. I mean none of us even though Nissan is our favorite car. He should learn the true meaning of customer service.

I had an after hours breakdown on a highway (tire). Called my dealer service rep who explained my options and went beyond to fix my problems with minimal grief.

I had my B200 scratched very badly , and was worried about big bill coming my way . I got my vehicle inspected and did regular maintenance with them . The body shop person Patrick did such amazing job for me . and would recommend anyone to see them before call any other collision center . As a customer .Kudos to them and a Great job well done .They made my day .

Terrible dealer. You can buy a Nissan elsewhere and not have the frustration of this dealership. If I could give zero stars I would. Simple example, unsolicited emails, even after unsubscribing, calling them and posting complaints. If you want a dealership who doesn’t listen, this is the one for you? ,

The service department is really great. They really do make you feel like family and they really do care about their work and my vehicle. The service manager, Dean is awesome. I hold him in high regard and I trust him with my Titan. They really do stand behind their products, above and beyond, really. This the reason I take every vehicle I own to them, even other makes. I’ve been around a long time and I have never seen an organization like this. Congratulations to them and thank you. It’s so nice having someplace I can trust. Shayne Chambers

Stay away! Incapable service sept. Took 6 hours to diagnose a thermostat issue after being told “no heat coming from vents, engine overheating and fan loud. “. grade 10 auto shop. Asked him after that is he wanted to go ahead with repairs and that he already owed $800. This is apparently their best mechanic. Total bill 1400, with only 100 in parts. Scam artists

We did a scheduled service in January 2023 and went for oil change. After checking they came up with other issues which I found to be non-essential later like changing the coolent as it was not changed for a while and changing other oil etc. I beleive these additional services were just pushed at a point where you are not given any option as it seems urgent. Anyhow we agreed and despite offering some discount there were again some issues as the finance person was not agreeing. Its been a couple of weeks now recently I wanted to check the wiper fluid level and when I opened the bonnet could see that my air filter intake pipe was totally missing. Now I am at a loss I did not take the car anywhere else after the service. During the service if it was missing they would have notified me but they did not which I find unusual as they would not miss such a chance to sell me parts. Now I am wondering how to resolve this as I fear they would say it was not their fault or responsibility after I taken the car.
