Had a very poor customer service experience when I brought my vehicle in the first day, but Adam helped get me on my way so I could get what I needed done that day and then I came in the next day & Crystal was there to help me this time and is always fantastic (makes sure things are under warranty if not lets me know the pricing, etc. Also distracts my little one very well !) Steve also helped by apologising for the previous day and reassuring that he'll be there to help from now on. I'm glad there were people there who genuinely care for others needs and feelings! I'll definitely keep coming here for servicing.

I had a great buying experience in the fall. Today was my first oil change...great service!! Everyone in service was very friendly. Someone checked in with me every so often in the lounge to let me know the progress and how much longer I could expect to be. I really appreciated that!! I currently have a 2014 Nissan Sentra, and the Nissan Service guys are amazing. Any time that I have an issue or need to go in for service on my vehicle, I don't hesitate to go to Steve and Jamie for my answers! They are the first 2 people that you see when walk into service and always have an upbeat attitude. It's nice to feel part of a family when walking into a dealership with any issues on your vehicle. To have them know who you are and what vehicle you have. So looking forward to my next purchase with the Nissan group and to continue with the great service that I get when I go there.
