Today I picked up my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta from its service and I am extremely disappointed in this dealership.
Before I dropped off my car yesterday the man working with me ( named Lawrence) in the service department did a full walk-around of my car to check for any damages and he pointed out one scratch that I knew about as well on the passenger side rear right section of the car.
Today I arrived to pick up my car and I noticed massive scratched all in one concentrated circle as if someone scraped something against my car or used a brush that most likely had rocks stuck to the bristles. (which should never be used on a BRAND NEW BLACK CAR) Having worked in the detailing industry for a few years myself I know 1. Those brushes can easily attract pebbles especially going from one vehicle to another and especially to always ALWAYS use a wool washing mit on a black car. I'm honestly so shocked and emberassed at the fact I have to even defend myself to prove my point. The service advisor (lawrence) did a VI walk around and noted the one scratch on the opposite side of the car that we BOTH agreed and signed off on. Now they are denying all responsibility. Also to boot it appears that whoever " detailed " my car has sprayed degreaser or some other sort of product on my car that has done something to the clear coat as I cannot wash it off. This is unacceptable and I can't can't believe this is happening.
In summary, a swirl of scratches has now appeared and some sort of strange product is currently stuck to my Cars paint.

Our recent experience with Chris was excellent - very knowledgeable and outstanding customer service (he called with updates frequently). He also gave us additional background information on our vehicle including details around the warranty that was not previously discussed. This was in stark contrast to our previous visit where a different advisor called us only 3 times during the 9 days that Clarkdale had our car for servicing and didn't return our calls.

Peter saieva (service manager)will treat you in a polite manner ,like you've been born a day before stepping in to the service. And of course is the customer's fault in he's obtuse view!
Don't have to trust my review. Learn the hard way. Take your car for a simple oil change, make sure you double check their work and try to get them to admit fault and stand behind the sub-par work they do.

Recently I guided a friend of mine to a Golf Sportwagen at Harbourview . The trade in transaction was very uncomplicated and without pressure. Sean (the dealer principal ) was nice enough to have a chat and Sean in sales sealed the deal . This is still a family run business and it really shows . Subsequently I have just had a service of my own Golf R and found that end of the operation to be at least as efficient and welcoming. Thanks to Iain and Jay . I rate this place as amazing , almost like a bygone era .

The JP Scion’s Service Department is awesome!! I took my Subaru BRZ (mechanically identical to the Scion FR-S) in for an oil change today. The service techs notice rodent droppings in the engine bay (I park outside, no choice), and clean the entire engine bay for me free of charge. I was very happily surprise when I got home, popped the hood, and noticed how sparking clean the engine bay is. I did not expect them to do that. That is service way above and beyond my expectations. The prices are also very reasonable, much, much less than what Don Docksteader Subaru charged me for the same oil change. I also appreciate the free ride Downtown. Thanks JP Scion, you’ve earned yourself a repeat customer.

I had my vehicle go in for a warranty repair as I had my injector 1 fail. First of all, they broke a clip on the intake manifold and it was never recorded and I was not advised. Secondly, there was a wire repair that was not completed correctly and was fixed with electrial tape rather than the proper take for wiring. I was only aware of these problems because I brought my vehicle in for a oil change and they were the ones that found these issues.
I brought it to the attention of the service advisor Matt as the manager was not in and he tried to blame the other dealership when it was a intake manifold I had paid for and they had worked on and no one else had touched. Then he proceeded to be condescending and called me "honey". This was absolutely insulting and should not ever be said to a customer.
I would not recommend this service department to anyone unless you want to be talked to in a degrading way and have poor work done on your vehicle.
