Seriously, just stay away from these people. I purchased an Altas, I was told the car has features it doesn't have, I was told they do a full 360 inspection on the car only to find out after purchase that they don't stand by that and "oh we only check the engine". I don't think they even know anything about the cars they are selling. The finance department doesn't know how to file paperwork and will cause you headaches for weeks, they don't follow through on the purchase agreements. If they promise you Voltswagon merchandise, just forget about it. If you're hoping for any kind of customer service after you walk out that door just forget about it. I have huge regrets, not over the make or the price. I just wish I had bought the same car from literally anywhere else. More

I assisted my daughter with the purchase of her used VW Jetta about a month ago. Gabriel Bowyer was an excellent sales person and so were the rest of the staff involved in the sale. I did get lots of good advice regarding used tires and rims as my daughter wanted to get some larger rims for the summer. Graig Johnson, sales manager and Marias Mendis sales associate, were extremely sympathetic to my story and helping me find a car and helped me in dealing with ICBC. Let’s face it ICBC is a major hassle and are not very helpful, this team was a god sent! They put me into a 2019 GTI certified preowned car. This car was in flawless condition with low mileage and was very reasonably priced. The finance department was very helpful and again very sympathetic to the negative issues that I was dealing with with ICBC. Both Gurpreet Bassi the finance manager and Talia Tvergyak help me through the process of verifying my money as well as working out a payment structure that worked for me. this process was extremely mentally and emotionally draining but this crew is top-notch and I highly recommend them. They will take care of you! My only regret is I won’t be dealing with these people again for a while. The professionalism and their demeanor should be awarded, and again I highly recommend this dealership and its people. Thank you very much to White rock Volkswagen. I recently purchased a 2016 VW Golf Highline from Vancouver VW. From day one it had a rattle on the passenger side. I asked the service department at White Rock VW to diagnose the problem. The service technician, Bhavik Chandra, took quite a long road test with me on and around Highway 99. He then put the car on the hoist and found one of the hold-down screws on the front fender-liner had detached. He reattached and the problem was solved. Service was excellent from Mr. Chandra and all the service employees I dealt with. And there was an unexpected bonus: no charge for the work. That deserves and extra star. More
