Best Ford dealership in Toronto!! After months of looking for a new car, I decided on the Ford Explorer. I had been to other Ford dealerships in the city and felt that some of the sal After months of looking for a new car, I decided on the Ford Explorer. I had been to other Ford dealerships in the city and felt that some of the sales people were either not 100% honest, or did not know the features of the car I was buying, or were simply out to make a quick buck. I almost gave up and purchased another brand car that was similar to the Explorer. Then, I received the name of the manager at Yorkdale Ford from a friend who had purchased there many times before over the years. I started a discussion with the manager Jim Hamilton who was a breath of fresh air. He was honest, responsive, personable and very experienced. He then turned me onto Ali Sharafeldin. Within one visit, I knew that he was the person that would take care of me. Ali worked hard to secure the best deal possible on the car. He also answered my questions with honesty and integrity. If he did not know an answer, he would look into it and call me right back. He was patient and not pushy. Most importantly, I actually felt like he cared about me as a customer and will take care of my needs during the nest few years that I own the car. Both Jim and Ali came up with creative and detailed ways for us to save money on our new purchase, even if it meant less commission or adjustment to their stats. They simple care about giving their customers the best experience possible! As first, I was wondering if this amazing service and wonderful sales crew was because I was introduced from a past client. I quickly realized that their approach was not unique to me. This is how Jim and Ali view their business: all customers big or small are treated the same. It was a positive and enjoyable experience throughout. I would highly recommend this dealership and Ali to anyone looking for a new or used Ford car. More

Most honest sales men I have ever met. I'm a company owner and I have met LOTS of sales men and ALI is like none other. Most honest, hard working, and gets the best deal possible.
