Dishonest practice I purchased my 2012 Ford F 150 extended cab 4by4 from this dealership along with a 4 year maintenance contract I was very satisfied with the truck ,wh I purchased my 2012 Ford F 150 extended cab 4by4 from this dealership along with a 4 year maintenance contract I was very satisfied with the truck ,when the salesperson sold me the maintenance contract she assured me that they would maintain the truck for 4 years. On my last visit I mentioned that I would like to change the brake pads but she replied there was more then 5 mm on the pads and that they would not replace them. Today I went for an oilchange and they mentioned my pads are down less then 3 mm and provided me with an estimate to replace them,my km on the truck is 67,800 km. There was also an imajor issue with the inboard computer that basically shuts down the engine and can cause extremely dangerous accidents on the road , this is a well known problem with a lot of Ford models. Now they charged me to diagnose $ 120 and another $240 to program the computer that literally took them 15 min to fix. I payed my bill off $390 and replied to them this will be the last time that you ripped me off and I will no longer require their services ,it seems to me that they are desperate for cash to keep their operation afloat , Patrick . Gary is probably the best car salesman I have dealt with in almost 45 years of purchasing vehicles. He is extremely knowledgable and honest and friendly. He made the decision to buy a Lincoln MKZ easy and he and Yorkdale Lincoln made the purchase easy too. Upon delivery this week, I dealt with both Gary and Sandra Tipei and it too was an enjoyable experience. Gary took the time to educate me about the many features on the car and told me to come back again to learn more. There was a small problem with one of the windows and the next morning my car was picked up, the problem fixed, and the car returned to my home. Amazing service. I will definitely recommend both Gary and Yorkdale Lincoln to everyone I know. More

I walked in to yorkdale ford to have a meeting with zulia to see if it was possible to lease or finance a brand new car, but i had already convinced m I walked in to yorkdale ford to have a meeting with zulia to see if it was possible to lease or finance a brand new car, but i had already convinced myself that it would probably not go through because i had new credit.. i walked in on a thursday and met leo and zulia and by saturday had an answer back that i was approved and that i could pick up on monday .. i was in a state of shock and still am !! I never thought that i would be driving a beautiful 2017 ford explorer .... none of this would have been possible without zulia and leo and their team ... their professionalism and expertise are excellent ... i thank you two from the bottom of my heart !!!
