He was even replying to my messages during his off shift hours. I had a few changes on my schedule and he was very understanding and accommodating to us. The Owner is very nice and approachable and also approved those discounts to finalize my transaction. The owners's friendly dog was also on site n very friendly to my daughter. Gets worse and worse!!! I have been a client since they were on Bay Street in Toronto. Recently serviced my latest car and it was disgusting. I was initially upset, because my three week old F150 Sport got rear ended. However, upon calling Navin, I was told my issue would be fixed right away. Navin was professional, and put me right in touch with the body shop manager, Maribel. Maribel’s team fixed the damage, and also detailed my truck, returning it to me as if it was a brand new vehicle on delivery day. bought a new car i bought a new car from ford yonge and steels. during the purchase had a terrible experience with communication with the sales guy i picked up the c i bought a new car from ford yonge and steels. during the purchase had a terrible experience with communication with the sales guy i picked up the car on march 22nd 2018 and traded in my other car, ford never payed out my old car and i was charged for my old car payments as well even though i dont own the car anymore i had to go through a lot of back on forth with both dealerships, communication is terrible at this dealership. prices are good but not worth the hassle they put you through. im still trying to settle the old car still and its really frustrating to go through this when you don't even own the car anymore More
