Too much time wasted Why does it take 1 and a half to two hours for paper work to go from mechanic to service advisor and then for customer pick up??? I watched my vehicle being driven out of the service bay after the service and parked. I waited about 15 minutes and went to the advisor, his response was "I do not have the paper work yet." I went back about every half hour and got the same Reponse every time. A great deal of customer time wasted for an inability to push paper along!!! More

Very Tough Situation With Vehicle I have had my vehicle to Yonge Steeles Ford 4 times in the last 75 days. It is a very serious and touch issue with the transmission and electrical I have had my vehicle to Yonge Steeles Ford 4 times in the last 75 days. It is a very serious and touch issue with the transmission and electrical system in my 2014 Ford Escape. This situation has severely impacted my life, because anytime the transmission can stop working on the vehicle and leave me stranded. I have an 8 month old daughter, so I worry a lot when I am driving with her, as I don't want to be stranded somewhere...... I hope that they can fix it this time. Joe Gabriel was able to give me a rental car free of charge this time and the last time it was in, so I am appreciative for that. More
