On my way home from work this week, in the dark and pouring rainI had a flat tire, pot hole I think. when I bought the Jeep I receive 24 hour road side assistance from Jeep. I called the number and followed the easy prompts. When I had given all my information and their tracked my phone to find my location I spoke with a very helpful and friendly customer service agent. True to her word a tow truck arrived, changed the flat and I was on my way within 30 minutes. Today I toke the flat tire into my dealerships service department. I was helped right away, my warrenty has cover the cost of repairing the ri and replacing the tire. They made this difficult situation bareable with there knowledge,knowledge and outstanding service.
