This dealership can’t be trusted Buying a vehicle here has by far been the worst experience I have had in recent times. I seriously now doubt that dealing with a bigger dealer such as Buying a vehicle here has by far been the worst experience I have had in recent times. I seriously now doubt that dealing with a bigger dealer such as “Toyota” means anything. I had the false assumption that they hold there vehicles to a higher safety standard and provide better customer service, and that’s completely false in the case of this dealership they provide you the absolute bare minimum of customer service and I have no faith in the vehicle safety they completed on my vehicle they sold me a vehicle saying the tires will be replaced I never got anything in writing that was my mistake considering the tires wear bar was flush with the tire and thought it was a no brainer and tire will be replaced. Fast forward to the day of the delivery which ended up being 10 days later the tire were still on and I was told they meet minimum safety standard and that put a huge doubt in mind about any of the other work that was done in the safety and when I questioned that I was told that the dealership has the right to cancel the deal and refund me my money but they won’t be changing the tires. I don’t recommend any one to go to this dealership and if they promise anything you should get it in writing as they shouldn’t be trusted. Thank you Ajlal pervez More

Non professional customer service, had very bad experience. The service center service is very poor and non professional as i was there for my car oil and filter change. They took almost 1 and half hour for oil The service center service is very poor and non professional as i was there for my car oil and filter change. They took almost 1 and half hour for oil change as the lady told me that it will take 45 minutes and gave back my car dirty as they always wash the car after service. And when i mentioned that i will write a review she started arguing and then want to take my car for wash and i refused because i have to go for my other appointments as i already spent in total 2 hrs. When i got my bill she mentioned in bill comments that i was not booked in advance for appointment and i didn't allowed them to wash my car that she lied and also synthetic oil change is after every 8000, they mention on sticker 7000 on front windshield. Had a bad experience. More
