We booked an appointment for the weekend and he was super welcoming, super professional, not pushy at all ( which I like!) We test drove the car and that's it, I bought it, a 2011 Toyota Corolla - great condition, low mileage and my favorite color : Grey! The car was fully certified and I bought an extended warranty for it. so far all good, and I enjoyed dealing with them. I only serviced the car once with them and their service department is all automated, you can login online and see the process of your car in service which I really loved !! I took my minivan in for service and it went from being only an oil change to being pushed into every service possible. Edgar was the advisor and he made it seem like my 2010 van was so unsafe and going t only an oil change to being pushed into every service possible. I got the feeling that he really didn't care about me and only about whatever commission he was going to make off me. When i questioned some services and mentioned I wasn't interested at this time, he quickly dismissed me like I was wasting his time. He made me so bad I just ended up doing all the services. That will be the last time they ever see me! On another note, I can't believe Toyota would allow Edgar, someone on the frontlines to be chewing whatever he was chewing.
