1st Vehicle for Daughter Came in, explained our budget and with no potential vehicles on the lot at the time I was assured I would be called when something came in. As I had done the same thing with my other daughter and was so impressed by every aspect of dealing with Western I waited. Sure enough a few weeks later a call came in and we went back and purchased the vehicle on their reccomendation. Such a classy goup of people to deal with. Incredible I got a screw in my tire on my way in to work today and was able to make it in to Western GMC Buick before the tire got completely flat. The minute I walked in to the Service department I was warmly greated by Sue and her team. I explained that I was heading into work when my notification came on and I was desperate for help. Sue was able to get my car in immediately and took exceptional care of me and my vehicle. It's amazing the amount of positivity and graciousness displayed to me today. I will not forget it and I will be back!!!! More
