However, upon meeting Brennan Barclay, he was very informed about the two new vehicles we had chosen to look at. I took the Buick Verano for a test drive and liked it immediately. Brennan provided us with a price that we were very satisfied with and we sealed the deal that same day. We arranged to pick up the car mid-week. When we arrived, the car was clean and waiting in the showroom. Upon completing the financial arrangements, we met Brennan outside. He spent two hours with us going over all the bells and whistles and making sure all the programmed settings were as we wanted them. Brennan was a pleasure to deal with, he was well informed of all the vehicle features and at no time during our meetings did we feel pressured. More

Even after they were told I was primary driver. Salesmen would ask my husband what he was looking for in a truck. UGH. We were initially drawn to Western GMC because of their easily navigable website. We stopped in and met Jeff. He asked what our needs were, versus our wants. My husband gave him the "she's the driver" speech, and Jeff turned toward me and actually listened to what I was looking for. He showed us 4 trucks that would satisfy all of our "needs" and one or two in the "wants". We stuck with what we needed and ended up choosing a truck that night. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy - Jeff explained what the trucks would and wouldn't do, and left the choice to us. He gave us lots of information and little sales pitch. After sales service has been fantastic as well. Anytime anyone asks about my truck, I always give them Jeff's name and tell them they should visit Western GMC. Rebecca Gottfried was very helpful and informative. A pleasure to deal with as well. More

No clue. No service So I buy a 2015 suv 2 months ago. I didn't get 2 blocks and the battery light comes on..... I dive for a hr the change oil comes on...... was told they were done and the vehicle was inspected. Non of it was done. After driving 800km on a 5% left of filter life on star calls the dealership saying oil change needs to be done a.s.a.p.so I had it done. They did refund me but I had to get a inspection done Cuz they lied to me just to make a sale. Inspection says I have a low battery and they wouldn't do anything about it. I paid almost 40k cash but they cared more about the sell then the comstomer. More
