Bodyshop experience Took my van to the body shop at the beginning of February 2017 for the repairs after minor collision. It is May and repairs are still not fully completed. It is appears that after they take things apart, techs can not really put things together the way it was there originally. Remaining parts they throw into the garbage. When deficiency is discovered, shop management realizes that parts were thrown away actually needed. Now, customer has to wait for the bodyshop to order those parts. I am a parent with two kids and it takes too much time to go back an forth to address numerous issues. More

We received a call to let us know the car was ready and we were asked if we would like the car washed. We said no because it had just been washed and waxed, and some of the detergents used can strip the wax off the car. When we got the car back, it had already been washed, and very poorly as well. You can see where the person had quickly taken the wash mitt to the side of the car missing spots everywhere and it wasn`t dried either so there are water spots everywhere too. So not only does it look terrible, it means that it was not rinsed very well and had all the dirt rubbed all over the paint. So not only can they not follow simple instructions, they are not very good at what they do. Thanks to them I will now have to re-wash and wax the car. Also, some more minor things but still make the point of poor service is that the car was given back to us with the hood still unlatched. Again, minor, but for a place that charges $130 per hour for a shop rate I expect a lot better. They also tried selling me a brake light bulb for $13 that I got on my own for a few dollars. That is not a shot at them, but more dealerships as a whole and their horribly inflated prices on parts. Overall nothing too major, its just frustrating that because someone can`t follow simple instructions it makes more work for me. If you must go to a dealership, I would avoid this one. More
