I have been a very satisfied Wills customer since Nov.2002 The technicians have always completed major repairs within the estimated time. Examples: - 12-08-2017 Replaced heated passenger seat switch. - 12-09 The technicians have always completed major repairs within the estimated time. Examples: - 12-08-2017 Replaced heated passenger seat switch. - 12-09- 2016 Front and rear brake maintenance. - 04-12- 2016 Replaced worn left front wheel bearing assembly I especially appreciate the very detailed certified service reports. !! At 82686 km. I have not even had one flat tire !!! We are a VERY satisfied Wills customer !!! More

Bulb Replacement I came in to a very simple job. I told the service advisor exactly what needed to be replaced. I waited 30 mins just for him to tell me the price of t I came in to a very simple job. I told the service advisor exactly what needed to be replaced. I waited 30 mins just for him to tell me the price of the part and that labour (1.5hrs) was going to carry the cost of replacing a bulb to over $250, a job that would take 10 minutes maximum. I declined the offer, but was still charged a diagnostic fee, even though all the advisor did was lookup the part number of the bulb that I, MYSELF, told them was out, and print out the price for me. I completely understand that service departments need to make money, and that the cost was going to be expensive to replace the bulb, and I accept the fact that dealerships inflate labour times however, being charged a $40 diagnostic fee when all the service advisor did was search the price of the item is a bit ridiculous. More
Brake check Since there was a bit of noise when I first applied the brakes in the morning I was a bit worried that I might be having a brake problem. I had the service people at Wills checked Them and found a bit of rust which was likely causing the noise I was hearing in the morning other than that the brakes were fine. Their report gave me peace of mind. More

Replacing my car from an accident I was in a car accident that was of no fault of mine. Insurance companies do not give you a lot of time from the moment they present you their first o I was in a car accident that was of no fault of mine. Insurance companies do not give you a lot of time from the moment they present you their first offer until the point you need to return your rental vehicle. Three days is hardly enough time to get it all done. I have never had to go through this and the saleman at Wills was helpful in every aspect with regards to the insurance company, holding the vehicle for me until I settled with the insurance company etc. Their finance department got me a great deal on the financing and it was literally trouble free. I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Buick Verano and loving it. More
