Of course, they will do it without telling you, and also claimed this is the best offer that no other could get.!! They never disclosed the total price adjustment like other dealers usually do, because their quote is a total SCAM and everyone in that dealership is just bloody money sucker who has completed lost their moral as a human being!! RUN FOR THE HILLS!! We were moving from two cars to one and since one of our cars had been a Subaru ...we decided to consider the Subaru Crosstek as our future option. When we began the usual dance of negotiating, we were offered $10,000 total for both trade ins and told that this was special to a loyal Subaru customer. When I expressed shock at this offer given the low mileage on one of the vehicles...suddenly they could possibly entertain a possible move to $15.000 for the trade-ins.! This should and did raise red flags that we were not dealing with the kind of dealership that can be trusted. The following morning we met with a Mazda dealership which opened negotiations by offering $18,000 for the trade ins!!!! Needless to say we finally came to an agreement with Mazda and felt good about the deal. Good bye Willowdale Subaru.....let prospective customers be warned. More

WARNING: Worst Experience Ever - Avoid at all costs! Willowdale Subaru is the worst dealership and car purchasing experience i've ever had in my life. I leased a BRZ from them - signed the contract a Willowdale Subaru is the worst dealership and car purchasing experience i've ever had in my life. I leased a BRZ from them - signed the contract and waited 2 months for the car to be delivered. (sales person 1 - I dealt with 3 different sales people, no consistency) - I had to call them to confirm my pick up date, they didn't call to tell me, if I hadn't who knows when I would have gotten my car - When I went to pick up the car there were scratches all over the bumper - clearly it had been backed into something, as well as on the hood of the car and on the underbody of the front bumper, and the rims were slightly chipped - they refused to fix it / repaint it until I told them that I made a big enough fuss about it - this delayed me picking up my car by a week. The car also had 99km on it - so it was clearly driven around quite a bit - When I went back to pick up the car they "claimed" that they had lost my original lease agreement and presented me with a new one which was +$600 compared to my original lease, so I told them to just take the copy I had and use that, but they refused. They ended up taking my copy to the back to show the manager and came back and said they had thrown it in the garbage and to just take the new one - pretty sure you cannot lose / throw out a legally binding document. 100% worst experience ever, would never, ever return to this dealership - if I even encounter the sales people at a different dealership I would walk away. More
