Hi there, while we appreciate feedback, we also hope for full transparency. Unfortunately we have all evidence that shows no damage was done by Whitby Toyota and no issues are related to our work. Our documentation over the past few years proves this. We have no interest in installing a used transfer case from eBay in your vehicle. We rely on Toyota Genuine parts.

“Full transparency” requires that you state the facts accurately and without distortion, particularly regarding the substandard and unprofessional mechanical work performed on my vehicle. “Integrity” requires that you acknowledge that your shop’s actions caused the damage. It also requires that you take full responsibility for restoring the vehicle to the condition it was in before your mechanic struck the Transfer Case with a sledgehammer, cracking the cast‑aluminum housing, and then falsely claiming the damage was pre‑existing. “Competence” requires that you use the correct tools, procedures, and skills to complete repairs without causing avoidable harm. Your mechanic failed to meet that standard. If this matter proceeds to court, the outcome will not be favourable to you. The pattern is clear: customers’ vehicles are damaged through negligent work, and then they are told their cars are “old” or should be replaced—rather than your shop accepting responsibility for the damage you caused. Your conduct reflects a disregard for professional standards and accountability. Shame on you.
