Shawn got us a financing that was below dealer listed rates and Richard took the time to explain, break apart and provide us with a comprehensive extended warranty that would fit our goals. Prior to closing Rashid went above and beyond and surprised us with a no charge installed 2-way remote start that matched the previous unit installed in our 1st car. The service department efficiently transferred my winter tires onto the new car at no extra charge. With the added perks of Toyota winter mats and wheel locks, why go anywhere else when looking for your next Toyota. The owner Ian Kingsley and Service manager Tara Parsons went way over and above what I would have expected to help me out in every way possible. In short, the repair was done quickly, professionally and courteously with approximately 40% less cost than another Toyota dealer in my area. The time they spent with me when they were obviously tremendously busy was a testament to the care with which they treat every customer who walks through the door. I will be a loyal customer of this dealership for life! It was reaffirming to see that this level of service and care still exists. More

This type of behaviour is very low class, this type of person should be re-educated on how to make a sale, and assaulting the client in ANY way will not amount to anything. I asked to book a test drive online and Will called me within 10 minutes to ask when a convenient time for me would be for me either that day or the following day. I wasn't available either, so he booked it for the following Saturday, and even called to confirm the day before AND the morning of the appointment to make sure if I was still going to make the appointment or if I wanted to reschedule. I ended up not purchasing a Toyota as I couldn't quite get the pricing I wanted, but Will and my salesperson were very friendly, Will even going so far as to come down from his office to greet me and ask if I wanted anything to drink. Overall happy with my experience! More
