I have bought many new cars over the years. However, this is my first new car purchase from Whitby Toyota. The salesman, Bandula Dissanayake, is the salesman that I dealt with. He was professional and the most straightforward car salesperson that I have ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable about the Highlander and took the time to show me the operation of the many functions. When I picked up my new car it was detailed to perfection. Thank you. More

My son had an appt booked for Jan 16, he received a call from Tony that morning before the appt and he told my son if he was not going to buy the car before the end of the month he could not do the test dri from Tony that morning before the appt and he told my son if he was not going to buy the car before the end of the month he could not do the test drive?? How can you commit to purchasing a car if you have not test driven it! My son was and is very interested in purchasing this car, he will not be doing it from Whitby Toyota, that's for sure. I called in and spoke with Chris one of the managers on duty he was very apologetic and he asked if my son would come in and do the test drive with another sales person? But when Chris called him he gave him an excuse that this car could not be test driven in bad weather because it is rear wheel drive. There was no bad weather it was just cold! We are very unsatisfied with the customer service from Whitby Toyota. More
