This review is purely based on the service centre. We have had 3 service appointments with this dealership. Each time we wait in a line for a minimum of 45 minutes to reach the service desk. On this last have had 3 service appointments with this dealership. Each time we wait in a line for a minimum of 45 minutes to reach the service desk. On this last occasion it was over an hour. This is unexceptionable customer service. Fix your issues, if you want to see me again. Also who ever books the appointments doesn’t know how to key in the date. 2 of the 3 times we have received an appointment reminder, they have wrong the date, and it’s not even close. More

Friendly service. A couple of issues arose that tainted our experience however. 1. Missteps made on paperwork which required me to come back in to sign ( not a big deal) 2. Erroneous information provided to us by salesperson regarding vehicle we traded in. This resulted in some awkward communication in what we felt was an unfair situation.
