I would, without hesitation, recommend Whitby Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. His humour and knowledge were priceless to me! Rashid, the advisor who sold me my car, was also very knowledgable and professional while I went through the experience of buying a car for the first time. I continue to appreciate and miss their service and if I could teleport my car back to Whitby for oil changes, I would! More

Overbooked appointments again. Had a 11:15 appointment, arrived at 11:10, didn’t even get car in until 12:15, then waited another 1.5 hours just to have winter tires swapped and oil changed. Service people are always great, but booking procedures need attention. More
