My Service Advisor did a good job of explaining my issue and did not take me to the cleaners even though my van is 15 years old. And my car has always been serviced by Whitby Toyota. Experience was great. Tony Khoury answered all my questions as well as questions I didn't think of. I'm always nervous when looking at used vehicles but there ended up being zero issues with this ge questions as well as questions I didn't think of.
