started my search for Toyota corolla as I was done with Honda. upon entry to Whitby Toyota dealer was introduced to Mark. as usual he was busy with other customers but waited for 30 minutes to get his atte Honda. upon entry to Whitby Toyota dealer was introduced to Mark. as usual he was busy with other customers but waited for 30 minutes to get his attention. he seemed to be having real customer skills as he satisfied all my concerns, also he gave logical answers for the features I was looking for in comparison with Honda. all I can say I ended up signing the contract paper in my first stop. I never had to go for second opinion. I wish all the best and would definitely suggest him for good customer service. More
