Will is very unprofessional with extremely poor customer service. My local Peel dealer advised me to check out the new 2022 Tacoma from Whitby Toyota before placing a factory order. Will turned me down sayi service. My local Peel dealer advised me to check out the new 2022 Tacoma from Whitby Toyota before placing a factory order. Will turned me down saying they only deal with Durham residents. Not sure how this type of customer service helps the Toyota brand or the dealership business model as a whole. Furthermore I am surprised that the management team at Toyota Whitby found it appropriate to place Will in a customer facing position. More

Went in two weeks prior to buying my vehicle and DID NOT have a great experience with a different sales person. Went back 2 weeks later met tony and had the complete opposite experience with him! 10/10 he’s have a great experience with a different sales person.
