We have had our first ever Toyota vehicle for 2 months now. We purchased a Toyota Hylander after speaking with the Service Forman Adam. I purchased a 2024 Highlander from Whitby Toyota. On the day of pickup, I didn't have a ride, so I took my old car to pick up the Highlander. I couldn't leave my older car there as they were closing On the day of pickup, I didn't have a ride, so I took my old car to pick up the Highlander. I couldn't leave my older car there as they were closing their lot at 9:00 PM. When Richard Alam, the sales director, became aware of my dilemma, he went above and beyond by driving my vehicle to my chosen destination. A few days later, another concern came up, and I reached out to Whitby Toyota, they advised me that I should speak with Richard Alam about it. The next day, he called me and resolved my issue in a very professional manner. If you encounter a problem at Whitby Toyota, seek him out for swift and expert assistance. More
