MANY THANKS TO GARY & "THE TEAM!" My Husband (Brian) and myself have bought cars from Whitby Toyota now for over 20 yeas. There has never been a minute where we weren't satisfied from every angle. This recent purchase was a Rav 4, and we love it! Gary was professional and very instrumental in helping us make the decision we did. We needed a higher Vehicle due to my Husbands new Hip replacement - and Gary let Brian sit in every Vehicle there was available, and we ultimately agreed whole-heartedly on the Rav 4. Gary took the time to explain everything to us..........and if we don't remember all of it - it ISN'T Gary's fault!!!! (Only our ageing minds!) Our next Vehicle will be bought once more at Whitby Toyota as the whole team works as not only a "team" - but as a "Family" and they treat us as part of that Family. New car sales experience was good. I set up an appointment with a Sales Associate to test drive the Corolla LE. Met with Tim Hay. I explained to him I was evaluating 3 cars and the Coro I set up an appointment with a Sales Associate to test drive the Corolla LE. Met with Tim Hay. I explained to him I was evaluating 3 cars and the Corolla was one of them. He had my test vehicle ready. After the drive we discuss the Corolla and pricing. He went into the Sales Manager and came out with the best price and I was happy with it. He was very good to work with. He was organized, friendly and not pushy. After evaluating the other 2 vehicles, I purchased the Corolla. The deal experience did factor in as Whitby Oshawa Honda was terrible. More

He gave us the time we needed to think about the decision, plus he responded to our numerous emails we sent him with questions that came up. When we finally decided, Gary got us through the paper work quickly and into our beautiful new Highlander! The dealership was wonderful to work with and Keith Kelly, Finance Manager, made the finances easy and lets us do some research before making some final decisions on some of the details.
