He maintained honesty and trust throughout the process. Gary sticks to facts about a vehicle, and let's the car speak for itself in terms of price and features. He never pressures or gets pushy. This week I drove home in my new Scion iM. Gary made sure the audio system was understood before driving it. We went to The Whitby Toyota dealership and were fortunate to have Stephanie Cockburn as our product advisor. She is both sincere, and enthusiastic as well as knowledgable and informative as far as selling the product. Where Stephanie super excels is in how welcoming and relaxed she makes you feel. She has a warm, easy going personality, and is extremly easy to talk to. Most people would not put buying a car up there with relaxing and fun when they are trying to haggle a deal at a dealership, and unfortunately car sales people aren't know for their outstanding reputations. Stephanie though made the whole adventure from beginning to end very comfortable and relaxing. Now your probably thinking..... well he won a car. He did, but he also had the option of upgrading to other models and paying the difference. At one point he was very seriously considering upgrading to the Scion FRS but after much deliberation and weighing his present priorities he decided to go with the Corolla LE instead of the CE model. She respected his choice and we felt she didn't show her "probable" disappointment with him. I'm sure she would have had more financial gains had he made the mor expensive choice, but because she respected his need for maintaining his priorities, she not only will have him as a repeat customer she has gained our trust in changing brands. We are a very loyal family of Kia vechicals. We have owned 5 since 2002. When it comes time to buy a new car we will be dealing with Stephanie!! Thank you for all of your help Stephanie, your GREAT!!!!! More

Having read many of the reviews, it is obvious that most of us have noticed the same qualities in Gary, honesty, friendliness, patience, and an attitu Having read many of the reviews, it is obvious that most of us have noticed the same qualities in Gary, honesty, friendliness, patience, and an attitude that doesn't push a sale. He lets the facts speak and gives time for the information to 'sink in.' There is no rush to decide. Going to the car dealer can be a lot like going to the dentist, but Gary makes you feel comfortable. He knows you are nervous, or excited and he finds ways to ease your dealer experience. Sure, maybe all car sales people take the lesson on this, but Gary does it and it seems natural. I guess its the only way he feels right about doing business. Today, my wife and I observed Gary lay out the lease for our son Jason (28) who takes possession of Scion im Friday. As others have noticed, Gary calmly walked Jason through his first ever car lease. Gary could do it in his sleep, but he never lets the customer sense that the process is just routine. Gary genuinely wants a customer to enjoy the dealer experience. Thank you, Gary More
