I think my message was clear and articulate. I bought my snow tires and rims from your parts manager back in 2011 or 2012 and was told that as long as I scheduled a service (eg. Oil change) that the summer and winter tires would be swapped free of charge during the service. You honoured that for several years and this year you changed your policy. I used to bring my wife's Ford in for oil changes with customer supplied oil filter. And again when I was in this week, I was refused service by your service manager because he said you don't service non Toyota vehicles. This was another arbitrary change in policy that confused and embarrassed me.

This is not a "case" that has to be investigated. What I wrote is true, and can be corroborated by your own staff. The situation prompted me to write a review so that other customers can be aware of your new policies, before they are confronted with them at the dealership. Changing policies is your prerogative as a business. I am just a customer. I choose to accept this and continue doing business or take my business elsewhere. That is my prerogative.
