It's got lots of great features like a back up camera and a great sound system. Youthful styling inside and out and a peppy engine make it a real pleasure to drive. Andrew Ward my salesperson is always a pleasure to deal with and the service department, in my six years of dealing with Whitby Toyota has always been efficient and reliable. Service experience. Great brand and very reliable. The service department is not overly friendly when it comes to dealing with customers. My experience comes from dealing with art in the service department. On a visit I had there for a problem I had I discussed what issues I was having with my car and the hard starting I was having. Instead of the problem diagnosed correctly was sold a battery which was not needed. The issue was with the ignition coil which I had to diagnose and fixed the issue. Why does art go or present himself as a service manager when people in the dealership tell me he's no manager? More
