Luckily, I was met by the friendly Gary Brown. For the next hour or so, Gary wen through the options of leasing vs purchasing, the styles and types of Sienna's and, most importantly, the pricing for both leasing vs purchasing. Gary was professional, low-keyed and very knowledgeable. I was impressed and I believe that I was very fortunate. After I had settled on leasing, the process was effortless and I received the vehicle 4 days after I had walked in to the dealership.
