After receiving the settlement from the insurance company, I started to look around for a replacement SUV, checking out Honda, Ford, Subaru, Nissan, and Toyota. My first visit was with Gary Brown from whom i had purchased the 2009 Rav 4 and other cars for my Mum. Gary as always provide excellent no pressure, professional and very friendly help in starting my search with and overview of the vehicle i was interested in and potential cost. With that in mind, I did the rounds at other dealers, all good SUV's. HOWEVER, the key driver that brought me back to Whitby Toyota was their excellent service over the years and in particular Gary Brown who once again provide my wife and I impeccable and excellent service from start to finish. He found the 2017 Rav 4 Limited we wanted, and had it ready for us on the day we asked for. On the day we received the car Gary wen above and beyond to make sure we understood all the key functions of the car and it many safety features. There is no question in my mind that I would recommend Gary and Whitby Toyota to anyone who asks particularly my friends. Thank You again Gary for every thing and be sure when I replace my other car you will be my first port of call. More

Detailed paper work very clear and explains all costs clearly, after paper work was done he took me outside to show and explain all the safety features the RAV4 has. ( I did not expect it, which wowed me ) he knows how to give the best service and make you so happy with your new vehicle purchase . I'm so glad I choose him. I highly recommend him for any new vehicle purchase from Whitby Toyota, and I myself if in the market for another purchase in the future see him again. More

But she always loved her old Toyota… and she wanted to see what Toyota had to offer. I said to Gary that my wife was buying a car, and I was only paying for it. Gary was the only salesperson of all the dealerships we visited to pick up on that subtle statement and from that point on he spoke directly to my wife about everything. That in nutshell is was what sold the car. (OK, it was a great deal too and it's great car, after all it’s a Toyota.) But his genuine interest in my wife’s needs and treating her as the buyer with such care and enthusiasm is what sealed the deal. Answering all her questions, Showing her all the options, explaining every detail about the car and then on delivery spending an hour going over all the features. Bought a new highlander The business manager over charge me for a product I purchased with my new Highlander and I brought it to his and the dealer manager/ owner attention a The business manager over charge me for a product I purchased with my new Highlander and I brought it to his and the dealer manager/ owner attention and I show them the invoice that I purchased the same product twice from ather dealer $300.00 cheaper but they ignored me they choose to keep $300 but lost my business I didn't want to cancel the car purchase because the sellspersan Seth Pillai was great very nice never go there again not even for oil change. More
