I also know from servicing my previous Toyotas it will be will looked after during routine service checks. Andrew also put tabs in service manual so I could find key items quickly. After the test drive we sat down with him as he reviewed options of leasing as well as purchasing. This assisted greatly in making an informed decision in keeping with our needs. No pressure, just information. Chris Hiebert then assisted us with the other options by providing us with information on products and services which facilitated choices we were comfortable with. Before leaving the lot with our vehicle Gary spent all the time that was necessary to familiarize us with the technology and even activated our phone on Bluetooth and had us test it. We have never left a car lot with that much confidence and knowledge of the vehicle we purchased. As well as an open invitation to return for a refresher if it is ever necessary. More
