We had been in a couple of months ago just looking and in no time Andrew had two models of the RAV-4 brought to the front for us to look at. Taking one for a test drive was no problem. After the test drive there was no pressure from Andrew and he was there to answer any and all of our questions. When we finally decided to buy, Andrew was the there to give us any advice and info required. In no time he had the model and colour of our choice on the lot and ready to go. The whole transaction was smooth and simple. I had bought a Toyota pickup from Andrew several years before so it was a no-brainer to work with Andrew once again. Great product, great dealer and great people. That's why we keep coming back. More

When I picked up the vehicle it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I was blown away with how clean it was inside and out. Even the engine was spotless. very, very impressed. Andrew really gave me 110%. No pressure to do anything. He had a very unassuming character and let me make the decisions. Absolute pleasure to work with. They had a colouring contest that the kids could enter for a McDonalds gift card. He made sure my kids got their artwork entered for the gift cards. Our entire purchase experience was painless and haggle free. Gary was an absolute delight to work with and he was fair and upfront throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure during the sales process and he gave us our space and time to make the final decisions. When we found out that the delivery of our vehicle was delayed, Gary threw in further discounts. Even when they were able to meet the delivery deadline, the discounts were not rescinded. Gary walked us through every aspect of the functions of our new Toyota Highlander and spent the extra time helping us sync our phones to the car. That extra level of service is what sets this dealership apart and Gary Brown apart from other sales professionals.
