I knew exactly what I wanted and just needed an understanding and willing individual to work with me and Rashid exactly did that. From the test drive of the Toyota 86 to the final hand over of the keys, Rashid was nothing but professional and always was willing the try and crack a joke with you! I think I still owe him $5. In all seriousness, my first experience buying a car and Rashid made it hassle-free and now I get to drive around in a really decent looking sports car! I honestly cannot complain! Amazing Service! I was on my way home from work one night, on my way to a Chevy dealership to sign my life away for an Equinox. I had always leased from Toyota, but th I was on my way home from work one night, on my way to a Chevy dealership to sign my life away for an Equinox. I had always leased from Toyota, but thought I would try something new. However in the back of my mind, I really wanted to know what a Rav4 would cost. I stopped into Whitby Toyota and was instantly drawn to the Rav4 in the showroom. A few minutes later, David approached me and asked me how he could help. I told it to him straight up - on my way to Chevrolet, want to see Rav4 pricing. He brought me to his desk and crunched some numbers. to my pleasant surprise, the Rav4 was the same price as the Equinox, but what I got out of it was SOOO much more! A sunroof, leather interior, AWD, tinted windows, and the best part (for me) was that I could get it in the colour I wanted - something Chevy wasn't allowing me to do. Shawn pulled up a Rav4 for me to test drive right away. I took it off the lot and was instantly aware this was the vehicle for me! He asked 'do you want to go on the highway?' And I said "Nope, I've made my decision." We went back to the dealership and started working on paperwork. Within days, I was approved and Shawn told me I could pick up my car Tuesday. I was kinda hoping to have it by the weekend (this was Wednesday) but he explained he is so busy, and I totally understood. It would give me a chance to drive my Corolla a little while longer. On Thursday, Shawn called me and said I could pick up my car tomorrow (Friday) instead of Tuesday! I was so excited. This morning (Friday) I picked up my new Rav4 - in blue- and was so impressed with everything David and Shawn did for me. They not only got me into the Rav4, but Shawn was amazing at showing me everything that is familiar and new to me from my Corolla to the Rav4. The level of professionalism and courtesy and a few jokes here and there really made my experience an amazing one. I know now that I should have just skipped the whole ordeal with Chevy (what was I thinking??) and come to Toyota in the first place. Now I am reminded why I come back time and time again. This is my 4th lease with Toyota and I will come back to Whitby Toyota next time too. Amazing service with a smile, and I am one completely satisfied customer! Thank you David for giving me a great deal, and thank you so much to Shawn who was so helpful and accommodating in every way and got me into my new car faster than expected! FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE I have known Gary for over 25 years and have now purchased my second vehicle from him and the Whitby Toyota gang. Gary was extremely knowledgeable about the Highlander I was looking at as well as all the different finance options available. Gary was very focused on my needs by asking me a lot of questions to ensure what we finally came up with met my expectations and financial budget. It did not stop there! When I came to pick up the Highlander Gary spent almost an hour going through the key features of the SUV making sure when I drove away I had a very good understanding of all the features and functions of the vehicle.....Thank goodness as there was a lot to learn :) Gary's very relaxed "No Pressure" support combined with his excellent knowledge of Toyota vehicles makes him "One of the Best" and I would recommend him and the Dealership who did excellent service work on my Camry for the last 5 years to anyone who asks. Thanks Gary and team .....love my new Highlander ! More
