My most recent purchase has been my 2016 Toyota Tundra Crewmax - Offroad package. I love it!!! Gary's commitment to providing me with a pleasant purchase experience did not end at the sale of the vehicle. He spent a great deal of time going over all the features of the vehicle after the purchase. Gary is a great person to deal with. He is both friendly and professional. I would be happy to recommend Gary Brown and Whitby Toyota to anyone who is considering the purchase of a vehicle. Did I mention I love the Truck?!!! More

Great Help and Excellent Service I messaged ahead via their online messaging portal and was connected with my sales representative, Seth, who was a great help. He took pictures of the vehicle i was interested in beforehand and then set up an appointment and test drive that very night. I was greeted warmly and professionally from everyone there and was attended to immediately. Seth spent time with me and was able to meet me at my budget and ensure a pleasant process. I was not expecting to go ahead and make a purchase on my first night out but everything fit in well and I was happy with the result. I was helped also by Keith Kelly who arranged a very beneficial service plan for me. Loving my new 2016 Toyota Corolla right now, amazing car! More

It Just Doesn't Get Any Better Than This! I just bought a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner Limited and can't say enough about my experience with the amazing staff at Whitby Toyota. From the first test dr I just bought a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner Limited and can't say enough about my experience with the amazing staff at Whitby Toyota. From the first test drive with Stephanie to the awesome deal that David and Lawrence and Ian prepared for me, the experience was second to none. Do you know that after I bought the car I went in to the service area to check on the purchase of winter tires from Keith only to be told 'Just wait until the fall - I don't need your money right now - I'll get you the best deal when the new models come out in the fall...I have your back!' Where else would you find such service excellence and such genuine kindness? And that approach is mirrored in every interaction I have had with the good folks at Whitby Toyota. Debbie, Amanda and Art in the service department made a point of finding me to offer their congratulations on my purchase saying how happy they were that I had purchased such a great vehicle. I have to agree - I have purchased a great vehicle but I have also found a phenomenal dealership. Whitby Toyota exceeded my expectations in every way. Actually enjoyed buying a Minivan My wife and I went in to Whitby Toyota based on the recommendation of my wife's co-worker. This was our first time dealing with Toyota, and specific My wife and I went in to Whitby Toyota based on the recommendation of my wife's co-worker. This was our first time dealing with Toyota, and specifically Whitby Toyota. We could NOT have been happier. Beginning with Stephanie, and Dave right down to the Admin team. They were available when we needed them to be available, they found us the vehicle WE (really just my wife) wanted, and they made trading in our 2014 GMC Acadia a breeze. They dealt with insurance swaps, they took care of everything with licensing and made sure our 3 boys (all under 5) who we had to bring in with us were happy and enjoyed their time in the showroom. So much so that the boys actually ask when we are going to go back and get another car. Thanks for everything Stephanie and team. More

It's got lots of great features like a back up camera and a great sound system. Youthful styling inside and out and a peppy engine make it a real pleasure to drive.
