Best Dealership in Whitby. This is the second Toyota that I have purchased from Whitby Toyota and I am so impressed with Shawn McCallum . We now live in Orillia and we made the This is the second Toyota that I have purchased from Whitby Toyota and I am so impressed with Shawn McCallum . We now live in Orillia and we made the 1.5 hour drive down to Whitby Toyota to test drive a 2015 Rav4. After the test drive we purchased the Rav 4. The price we settled on was excellent and the vehicle had very low Kms. We received a call from Shawn advising that we can pick up the Rav4 2 days later around 2 pm. We received a call the day before the scheduled pick up date telling us that the SUV would be available around 9 am instead of 2 pm as Shawn didn’t want us to have to drive back to Orillia in the afternoon traffic. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone. I would like to thank Dave Marshall for taking the time to talk with us and introducing us to Shawn. More

First of all let me say Rashid by far makes you feel welcome and is not pushy in any means, from the start he has your best interest in mind and wants to make you happy. Before we even talked numbers on a vehicle he suggested we take a test drive. The whole time on the road we were talking like we had been friends for years, and there was no rush on getting back to the dealership we just took our time. After returning we sat down and crunched some numbers and he was more then willing to help me and answer every question I asked him. After sleeping on it for a few nights and thinking about it I returned with a friend, and we both decided Rashid was the man to deal with, and we both bought brand new 2017 Toyota Tacoma's TRD's with sport package and all the goodies that go with them. Even a week later having Rashid send me a simple text to see how I was doing and how I liked the truck showed me that his customers are his first priority, he is by far the "Best Salesman" to date I have dealt with and would HIGHLY recommend Whitby Toyota, and him especially to anyone.
