Proud of my Prius Prime I had expressed an interest in a plug-in hybrid at several dealerships, but it was not until I was entering the dealership to pick up my 2013 Matrix a I had expressed an interest in a plug-in hybrid at several dealerships, but it was not until I was entering the dealership to pick up my 2013 Matrix after service when Rashid Lorgat came right up to my partner and I wanting to know which make and model we were interested in, that I started to think I might soon own one. That was March 1st, and on March 12th I drove my beautiful Prius Prime home! Rashid followed up on our first meeting by finding a similar Prius to check out the drive, size, and option packages available. He asked other sales and service staff if we had questions about the technology that he could not answer. He also arranged for my snowtires which were purchased for my 2008 Corolla, then passed to my 2013 Matrix, to be fitted with new rims for my Prius Prime, as part of the sales agreement. Because this is my third Toyota I was familiar with the great service department at Whitby Toyota, and they were wonderful yesterday when I was trading in my Matrix. So far the new vehicle is wonderful. The information in the manuals is very understandable, and the communication system is giving me good marks (79% to 84%) on my eco driving. I feel very confident that I will create less fumes, consume less gas for sure, and have lots of support at Whitby Toyota as I grow into this new technology. More

Dealt with Dave Stokell when we arrived and he answered all our questions and took great care of us. They also worked really hard to get us the trade-in value we needed for our old car to make this deal work. Picked up our new CHR March 2, 2019 and we could not be happier. Love the car!!! Dave walked us through all the details of the car so we were comfortable when we drove away. Thanks so much Dave and Shawn for making this large purchase a great experience.
