Appointment doesn’t matter Had an appointment and rushed to get to the dealership to be on time. I was told on arrival David was with another customer and they didn’t know how long he would be. I waited half an hour before going to check in again and he was still busy and they wanted someone else to assist me. Already being in a bad mood waiting and knowing my time wasn’t important I did not just want to meet with anyone. I ended up having to meet with a seperate sales person and now had to rush as I was running short on time for Mother’s Day weekend plans. David was still even with the customers over an hour after we had our appointment time and didn’t even aknowledge me or approach me. More

I just can't think of another reason.The scope of work is clearly written on the "work order" the very document which tells the tech what to do. What else is not being done? Once again I'm waiting for the manager to get back to me with details of what went wrong again. We all know what went wrong. The techs don't read the work orders. More

He was able to answer questions and provided a vehicle for a demonstration drive. Chris followed with warranty information, which I did not find as helpful. The car was delivered the day it was suppose to be and overall purchase went well. More

Poor after sales relationship with customer. Dealership managemnt refused to honor their advertised Red tag promotion, instead showed disrespectful demeanor to customer when asked for it. When I came back to pick up my purchased vehicle my sales rep was there to assist me. Mitch made me feel comfortable that I can ask him anything about the vehicle.
