I returned a 10 yr old Matirx and received a far market value to be reduced from the cost of the RAV 4 that I purchased. Rashid was very helpful with all the details, as well as ensuring that i understood what discounts I was eligible for, ie return customer, Used car purchase from customer, Ownership transition paperwork, licensing..
