Excellent dealership. We purchased our 2005 Toyota Echo from Whitby Toyota and have had it serviced there regularly. Their service is very good and reasonably priced. I fact, with exhaust repairs they contracted out to a local garage with welding capability that can repair rather than replace. When it came to buying a new Toyota iM I did my research and had an offer prepared. I sent the offer to two other Toyota dealers in Durham Region and brought it with us to Whitby Toyota for a test drive. I did not receive a reply to the email from the other dealers. Rashid Lorgat was very helpful and pleasant. He did not force himself to come along on our test drive which other dealers do and I find stifles our evaluation of the vehicle. When we returned I told Rashid that we would buy the test drive vehicle and gave him my offer. Within 5 minutes the offer was accepted and we were sitting down completing the deal. We picked the car up a week later and Rashid went over all the controls with us and introduced us to the service manager. All in all ,this was a very pleasant experience and not like the stressful buying experiences I've had in the past. I recommend Whitby Toyota and Rashid Lorgat if you are looking for a new Toyota. More
